Refund policy
At Gefily, we love our customers and want you to enjoy your shopping experience without having to worry about buying something you are not satisfied with. We understand that online shopping is not easy and will do our best to provide first-class service to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience!
● Return and Exchange Terms and Notes
1. Online purchases made through Gefily (excluding gifts) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date all merchandise is received.
2. The product must be unused, intact, with all original tags and original packaging. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all related costs and no refund will be given. (If the original binding of the U-shaped wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the product will not be considered unused.)
3. Free returns and exchanges for orders within the United States for product defects or issues caused by us. If your return is eligible, please contact us. Once your request is approved, we will email you the return address information.
Please note: We will not cover return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item).
● How to return products?
Step 1: Log in to your account and click "My Orders"
Step 2: Select the order you want to return and choose the request type.
Step 3: Fill in the relevant information and click "Submit".
● Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return package, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Refunds will be made directly to your original payment account within a few days.
